This course is offered in English and Korean.

Many FM (Frontiers Mission) teams of YWAM recommend workers to do SOFM before they join FM work and some FM departments do not accept workers who do not complete SOFM beforehand. YWAM workers who complete SOFM are usually 3-5 times more fruitful than someone who does not have any previous FM training. Furthermore, their chances of staying long-term and enjoying it are much higher.
